Come see what’s happening at My Voice Music! Drop by our Fall Open House to explore our studios, learn about free and pay-what-you-can music programs for ages 9–24, hear live music, meet our community—and enter to win one of six free guitars.
Live Performances
We’ll have live music throughout the Open House featuring:
V Valentine — Lead singer of Portland band FRENZI, performing live and emceeing the afternoon.
Zay the Maker — Rapper and young artist from our Hip Hop program, performing original music.
Win One of Six FREE Guitars!
Young people ages 9–24 can enter at the door for a chance to take home one of six guitars—completely free.
The guitars are intended for young people who don’t currently have access to an instrument of their own. If you already have a guitar at home, we encourage you to help us make space for someone who doesn’t.
Guitars provided courtesy of Free Guitars for Kids, whose goal is simple: put instruments into the hands of young people who need them.

Our programs are pay what you can, including free, because cost shouldn’t keep a young person from making music.
Whether you’re checking out MVM for the first time, thinking about joining a program, bringing a friend, or already part of our community, come hang out, hear some music and see what MVM has to offer.
